Q: What is the difference between ordering from stock or pre-ordering?

A: We keep a small inventory, but do not produce large runs of product in advance to avoid unnecessary waste. When you pre-oder, your product will be made specifically to fill your order.

Q: How long will it take to receive my order?

A: We tell our customers to expect a delivery time of 6-8 weeks. With the global pandemic however, delivery may take a bit longer.
